Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing)
• Provide companionship and support outings/exercise
• Perform basic meal prep and light housekeeping
• Provide respite care and medication reminders
• Assist with appointments and shopping
• Participate in total care programs and delegated tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with health assessments (in-person or telemedicine)
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform active duties

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Valid PSW Certificate or equivalent qualifications (RN/RPN, Paramedic, etc.)
• Valid First Aid and CPR (Level C)
• Updated immunizations and TB test
• Clear criminal background and vulnerable sector checks
• Valid G2/G driver's license and reliable vehicle (mandatory)

Additional Requirements:

• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
• Proof of COVID vaccinations
• Recent TB test
• Up-to-date immunization and CPR certifications
