Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a Part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Ontario to join our long-term care team. The ideal candidate holds a PSW program or HCA/CCA certification and has experience in long-term care or community home care, with exposure to dementia and palliative care.

You will contribute to care planning, communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and follow nursing care plans in English. Independent work in community settings is an asset.
