We are currently seeking PSWs to provide exceptional in-home client care using their acquired skills. You will be involved in planning your client’s care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting, and activity planning.

Candidates must provide:

• Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent with a minimum of one year experience
• Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months)
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Reliability and flexibility
• Ability to speak other languages is an asset
• Access to internet and mobile phone
• High energy and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
