Position: Personal Support Workers – Home Care
Full Time and Part Time Available
Location: Ottawa West

We are currently seeking PSWs to deliver exceptional in-home client care using their skills. You will be involved in planning client care alongside the nurse manager. Responsibilities include: assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, reporting, and activity planning.

Candidate requirements:

• Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign-trained health professional) with at least one year of experience
• Valid police vulnerable sectors check (within past 12 months)
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (within past 12 months)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Reliability and flexibility
• Multilingual skills are an asset
