We are currently seeking PSW’s to provide exceptional in home client care using their acquired skills. Become an active member in planning for your client’s care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

Choice Healthcare requires candidates to provide:

  • Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experience
  • Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months)
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proficiency tocommunicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Availabilityto work every other weekend
  • Reliability and Flexibility
  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
  • Access to internet/mobile phone
  • High energy and excellent communication skills
