We are seeking a Personal Support Worker for a full-time or part-time position in Aurora.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Observe and report resident changes
  • Work under supervision of healthcare professionals
  • Perform delegated tasks
  • Document resident information confidentially
  • Assess health status and report findings
  • Provide supportive care as per policies and physician orders
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Assist with residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
  • Participate in training and safety programs
  • Communicate courteously with residents, families, visitors, and staff
  • Complete daily duties including meal assistance, emergency response, documentation, and infection control
  • Assist with resident mobility, first aid, and moving in/out procedures
  • Prepare for shifts by reviewing reports
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Attend meetings and training
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
