Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Job Location: Gore Bay, ON

Position Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months – 9 months of working experience in long-term care setting
2. Recognized PSW certificate and verification (e.g. NACC, etc.)
3. Local Candidates will only be preferred
4. Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months
5. Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap, Hepatitis B an asset)
6. COVID passport with QR showing at least 3 doses of the vaccine
7. Current N95 and CPR certificates
