Job summary

ParaMed in Timiskaming, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to support clients in their homes and communities across New Liskeard and surrounding areas. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to care plans.

You will assist with activities of daily living, prepare meals, and provide companionship while ensuring safety and dignity. A valid PSW certificate and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Support Worker certificate required.
• Demonstrated compassion and patient care.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and oral/hair/skin care.
