Job summary

Amica Credit Mills in Mississauga is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our Resident Care Partners team on a part-time basis. You will provide compassionate care to seniors, assist with daily living activities, and support dining and engagement.

We offer an hourly wage of $22.25, opportunities for skill development, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace. Applicants from PSW programs, nursing students, or internationally certified nurses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and apply learning on the job.
• First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Assist with light housekeeping, engagement activities and dining support.
• Build relationships with residents and their families to ensure comfort and dignity.
