Job summary

Amica Georgetown in Georgetown, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our casual team. You will partner with residents to support daily living activities, encourage engagement, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

As a Resident Care Partner you will help with light housekeeping, dining support, and activities, while developing personalized relationships that enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• Internationally certified nurse considered.
• Ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check and First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, engagement, and dining support.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and build meaningful relationships.
• Maintain safety and report changes in residents' condition to the care team.
