Job description

In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is looking for compassionate, caring and reliable individuals to join our family as Caregivers/Personal Support Workers (PSW's) for our client in East Scarborough (West Hll). Work setting is within private home.

• Monday: 9-1
• Tuesday 9-1
• Wednesday 12-4
• Thursday 9-4 - Light duties, then accompany to quilting at the church and back
• Friday 12-4 (psw already in am)
• OPTIONAL Sunday 9-1 - Light duties, then accompany to church service and back

How You Will Spend Your Days

Basic Meal Preparation

Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADL’s)

Light Housekeeping (IADL’s vacuuming, laundry, dishes etc.)

Medication Reminders

Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers

Providing companionship and emotional support

Responding to emergency situations

Complete daily shift reports to communicate with Case Managers

Mobile phone (for time sheets and care plan updates)
