What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of the Long Term Care team, you will provide compassionate support to residents, helping with daily activities, fostering connections, and enriching their quality of life through various programs.

How You’ll Succeed:

1. Provide Resident Supervision and Assistance: support with activities of daily living
2. Provide Resident Care and Services: assist with communication aids, administer medications (with training), ensure access to mobility devices, offer cognitive and emotional support, and encourage participation in programs

Who You Are:

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting seniors
• Completed a Personal Support Worker program or an Internationally Educated Nurse degree
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in bedside care and procedures
• Diplomatic in interactions with residents and families
