Job summary

ParaMed seeks a part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our home care team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and light housekeeping, enabling independence in their homes and communities.

You will travel to patient residences within a defined geographical area, delivering compassionate, high-quality care and companionship while following care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
