Job summary

St. Joseph's Health Care London seeks a Personal Support Worker for Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care in London, ON. This Job Share position offers a salary range of CAD 31.44 to CAD 31.77 per hour and reflects current scheduling arrangements.

The successful candidate will hold a PSW certificate, be registered with HSCPOA (external applicants only), follow OHSA safety culture, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork to support residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker Certificate Program from an accredited education facility.
• Proof of registration with the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) (External Applicants Only)
• Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform functions that require heavy lifting, bending, standing, walking, pushing, pulling
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A police record check completed within the last six (6) months from a Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC), inclusive of vulnerable sector screening, will be required of the successful candidate

Essential Qualifications
