Job summary

Caressant Care is seeking a passionate Personal Support Worker to join our team in Lindsay (McLaughlin Rd), Ontario. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting and supporting residents with daily living activities.

The starting wage is $27.19 per hour, with terms aligned to the collective agreement. Candidates should be able to read and write in English and be punctual and reliable.

Qualifications

• Certificate of a Personal Support Worker program that meets provincial requirements.
• Must be willing to accept verbal and/or written direction.
• Able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of the position.
• Geriatric, long-term care experience is beneficial.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, able to read and write in English.
• Punctual and reliable.

The starting rate of pay is $27.19 per hour, and the terms and conditions are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
