Job summary

K.R.T. & Associates Inc. is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide in-home care to clients in various rural locations. You will help with bathing, personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship under supervision. Training in geriatric care and PSW certification is required or preferred.

The role includes driving to client homes, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education at college level (CEGEP) or equivalent is required.
• Geriatric, health aide and PSW certificates are preferred.
• Professional patient care skills and safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care to clients in home settings.
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Support regular exercise and mobility routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well-being.
