Support Analyst (End User Support Engineering, Technology)

Reports To : Implementation Services Manager

Job Summary :

The Support Analyst will provide support and guidance to users experiencing technical issues related to Peloton's Software Systems.

Job Schedule :

• Work out of Calgary office (in office)
• Monday - Friday

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and guidance to resolve user problems.
• Communicate with users via phone, chat, email, and support ticketing systems to assess issues and guide resolution steps.
• Maintain knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices within Peloton software offerings.

Other duties :

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Completed post-secondary education in a related field (Engineering, Technologist, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.).
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of software and databases.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proficiency in English.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Nice to Have :

• Prior experience providing field operator software system support.
• Oil & Gas industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with Field Data Capture systems such as PVR, Avocet, FieldView, Prodman, and Peloton's ProdView.
• Experience with MS Excel.
