Job summary

SE Health's Elizz division is hiring part-time PSWs to care for clients in the Niagara Falls and St. Catharines area. You will deliver compassionate community care, support client wellbeing, and collaborate with a dedicated team across Canada.

Eligible candidates include PSW certificate holders, RN/RPNs, nursing students, or internationally trained nurses. Flexible daytime hours, driving/vehicle required, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid PSW certificate or equivalent credential.
• RN/RPN or nursing student with clinical placements.
• Internationally trained nurse accepted.
• Must be comfortable working in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines area.

• Must be available to work Daytime hours and every other weekend
• Current PSW Certificate/internationally trained Nurse

  Requirements:

  • Current PSW Certificate/internationally trained Nurse
  • Current First Aid (Standard) / CPR Certificate (Level C)
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Current immunization record including (TB test completed within the past 12 months) is required upon hire
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening is required upon hire
  • Availability to work days ORevenings; includingweekends
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills to manage your schedule
  • Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills, to effectively communicate with clients and to provide companionship to those who need it
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Basic computer/smartphone skills would be an asset.
  • This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
