About Us: Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with high-quality home-based and community care services. We seek compassionate, independent Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to offer empathetic care in the community, working under supervision and with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, respite services, and assistance with daily activities to clients.
• Working independently in the community while collaborating with a healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker or equivalent certificate from a recognized institution.
• Focus on client safety and ability to develop respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Accountability for multiple deliverables and high-quality performance.
• Problem-solving skills and knowing when to seek support.
• Reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
