Job description

The Village of Coleman Care Centre located in Barrie, Ontario, has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Support Worker (LTC) to join their team.

Shift Details: Casual

As our new Personal Support Worker, you will:

• Demonstrate awareness of resident-centered care topics (e.g., infection control, continence care, oral/skin care, resident safety, nutrition, dementia care)
• Prioritize tasks and deliver care with compassion, even under stress
• Follow the Plan of Care, observe and report changes, document and communicate effectively
• Respect residents, families, team members, and visitors, addressing requests professionally
• Support our resident-centered social culture and provide high-quality service

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited PSW program (or provincial equivalent)
