Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Ontario, Port Elgin, is seeking compassionate caregivers to travel between patients, provide meals, assist with daily living, and offer companionship during home visits.

You will support personal hygiene, basic housekeeping, and daily activities while respecting patients' dignity and independence. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Compassion and listening skills required.
• Passion for making a difference in your community.
• Willingness to visit patient’s residences within a designated area.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Experience working with seniors and/or children is an asset.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background screening upon hire.
• Previous experience performing personal hygiene care is an asset but not necessary.
• Valid driver license and access to a vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
