Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services according to the care plan and ensure clients' emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety are prioritized
• Perform duties within the provincial scope of practice, including skin care, hair care, mouth care, bathing, bowel and bladder care, positioning, exercise, wound care, feeding, oxygen administration, and medication reminders
• Perform specialized client-specific procedures with recognized training and competency
• Observe, document, and report client conditions and any changes
• Implement infection prevention practices
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Engage in health and safety activities, reporting risks or concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
• Complete other tasks as requested

Qualifications
