As an integral part of the home and community care team, you will support, encourage, and promote independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as specified by the care plan
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks and provide companionship to enhance patients' quality of life

• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and care when interacting with patients
• Reliability and flexibility

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated area
