Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in Midland, Ontario is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team. You will deliver high-quality in-home care, helping clients with daily living activities and personal care.

This casual position offers weekday and weekend shifts, competitive wages, benefits eligibility, and ongoing training. You’ll work with a supportive management team and modern mobile tools to document care remotely.

Qualifications

• PSW diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of TB-free status.
• CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS) is required.
• Two supervisory references.
• Vaccination policy adherence may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in home settings.
• Support mobility, nutrition, medication reminders, and safety.
• Document care activities using company devices.
