Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a passionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our caring team in Barrie. Availability includes weekdays and weekends with day and evening shifts, offering flexible full-time and part-time options and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Valid CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS)
• Two supervisory references
• Vaccination policy proof depending on provincial regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities and health monitoring
• Document care activities using company-provided mobile devices
