Woodingford Lodge is recruiting a Personal Support Worker for the Ingersoll and Tillsonburg, Ontario locations. This temporary part-time role requires availability on all shifts with a 32-hour bi-weekly minimum and pays $37.85 per hour to start (2026 rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits and the PSW Wage Enhancement).

• Successful completion of a Personal Support Worker course conducted by a Community College or other recognized institute of learning.
• Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of computer software for documentation and communication.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to travel to all 3 sites.

• Under the direction of the registered staff, provides activities and supports resident to meet basic emotional, social, and physical care needs.
• Possesses the ability and the passion to support person centred care, and change the culture of aging in long term care.
• Performs all duties in accordance to the organization's mission, vision, and value statements.
