Bayshore HealthCare offers in-home and community health care services across Ontario and beyond. We are seeking passionate Personal Support Workers to join our dedicated team, delivering compassionate care to clients in their homes with integrity and professionalism.

As a Bayshore PSW, you will provide essential support, maintain documentation using mobile devices, and participate in continuous training to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English.
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home personal care and support to clients.
• Document care activities using provided mobile devices.
• Collaborate with clients and families to plan and meet care goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain high care standards.
