ParaMed in Haliburton and surrounding areas is hiring a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to help patients live safely at home. You will assist with daily living, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship, in a respectful, patient-centered approach.

We offer up to a $500 sign-on bonus, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, comprehensive benefits, and tools to support your work in the community.

Qualifications

• PSW Certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within Haliburton region.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, peri-care).
• Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Provide light housekeeping and companionship to support comfort and independence.
