A local community service provider is seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal support and care to residents in a long-term care facility. The role requires a Secondary School Diploma and a Personal Support Worker Certificate, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $26.73 to $28.23 per hour with a focus on client-centered service and respect for resident needs.

Participate as a member of the nursing and personal care team, providing care in activities of daily living to the residents. This includes reporting changes in resident status in Point of Care and carrying out direction from registered staff.
