Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Midland, ON. Join a leading home and community health care provider offering flexible full-time and part-time roles, competitive wages, and extensive benefits.

You will deliver personalized in-home care, support daily living activities, and help patients maintain independence. A PSW diploma, CPR certification, and clear background checks are required, with travel between client homes expected.

Qualificações

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of being free from TB.
• Valid CPR certification (CPR Level C or BLS).
• Two supervisory references.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients in home/community settings.
• Promote better health outcomes and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and their caregivers.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient independence and dignity.
• Document care activities using company-provided devices.
