Bayshore is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers (PSW) to join our team for a Casual Position.

Pay ranges from $20.10 to $21.11 per hour, plus a Pandemic pay of $3.00 per hour in addition to the regular rate for all hours worked.

Signing bonus : $500 after completing 975 hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care according to the care plan, ensuring emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients.
• Performing personal care within the provincial scope of practice for a PSW.
• Executing specialized, client-specific procedures with recognized training and current competency.
• Implementing infection prevention practices.
• Maintaining confidentiality of client and organizational information.
• Completing additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Possess a certification as a PSW, be a 2nd-year nursing student, or have equivalent training from a recognized college or institution.
• Or have relevant experience working in LTC, retirement homes, or community settings.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality care aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
