Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join the home and community care team in Ontario. You will assist patients with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and travel to patient residences within a defined geographic area.

Responsibilities include ADLs, meal preparation per care plans, and companionship to enhance quality of life. Applicants should hold a PSW certificate, possess a valid driver's license, and be committed to inclusive, respectful care.

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
