Job summary

Fortinos is seeking Personal Shoppers to fulfill customer e-commerce orders with accuracy and care, delivering a personalized shopping experience in a busy grocery environment. You will assist customers, fill orders, scan items, and handle transactions while staying flexible for days, evenings, nights, and weekends; lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Training is provided; no prior experience required, and you will join a team that values courtesy, attention to detail, and the ability to work

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions, maintaining a positive environment
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit,cashand gift cards
• Contact customers to ensure order accuracy or to inquire about product substitutions
