Why is this role important?

Our Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

What you’ll do
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with questions and maintaining a positive environment
  • Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products
  • Scan products and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards
  • Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or inquire about substitutions

No previous experience is required; we provide training to set you up for success!

What you bring
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout your shift
