Our Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

What you’ll do

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with questions and maintaining a positive environment.
2. Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
3. Scan products and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
4. Contact customers to verify order accuracy or inquire about product substitutions.

• No previous experience required; training provided to set you up for success!

What you bring

• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• The ability to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout shifts.
• Part-time employees can be scheduled up to 28 hours per week.
• Part-Time Non-Students/Unrestricted Positions: Must be available to work one shift anytime between Monday and Thursday, and any time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
