Our client is an independent firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. It is a grouping of insurers that has been in business for several years. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team in their office located in Laval.

What we offer :

• A competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 / year, negotiable based on experience.

• Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM depending on your preference.

What you bring :

Data entry, document preparation such as proposals to insurers and update questionnaires.

Listening, advising, and providing an exceptional experience to clients by proposing and explaining, over the phone, products tailored to their specific needs.

Analyzing the client's needs and recommending the best-suited protections, as well as handling renewals.

Negotiating protections and pricing with different insurers

Who are you?

You have a certificate from the AMF for individuals (mandatory).

You have at least one (1) year of experience in personal insurance.

Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease.

You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure that your voice is heard.

Bilingualism (French / English) is mandatory.

You are comfortable with computers to navigate multiple software, all on 2 screens.

You learn quickly and demonstrate good organization.
