Job Description / Duties

What You’ll Be Doing

Servicing a Personal Lines book of business — contacting clients, reviewing coverage, and ensuring retention.

Processing mid-term changes, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy and care.

Providing timely, knowledgeable quotes for new business — ideally on the spot or within 24 hours.

Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and providing proactive guidance.

Assisting with MPI services and walk-in traffic as needed, including processing renewals and Winter Tire Program applications.

Answering phone inquiries with professionalism and positivity.

Collecting and entering claims information and ensuring clients feel supported through the process.

Collaborating closely with your branch team and contributing to shared tasks.

Staying current on industry updates, bulletins, and technology tools.

Maintaining CE credits and updating your Insurance Council records.

Bringing a positive, team-first attitude to the office every day.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What You Bring to the Team

Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified preferred).

At least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines servicing (experience with MPI a strong asset).

Experience with EPIC software and insurance portals is a bonus!

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills you genuinely enjoy helping people.

A self-starter mindset who’s organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

A collaborative spirit and commitment to a respectful, fun team atmosphere.

You thrive in a fast-paced setting, staying composed under pressure and able to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing quality or customer service.
