Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone queue metrics to ensure optimal availability for members.
  • Manage pipeline and quote metrics using CRM software.
  • Contact new business leads within service level standards.
  • Follow-up on warm web leads via phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Prepare quotes for new business using ARS, Applied Rating Services, or company portals.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance coverage through consultation.
  • Stay current on carrier underwriting, marketplace trends, and ongoing education.
  • Handle renewals and inquiries with an insurance solution mindset.
Qualifications:
  • RIBO or OTL license mandatory.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Experience with TAM or EPIC is an asset.
  • Over 1-year personal lines sales or service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to digital procedures and technology.
