Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about personal insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process quotes, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Perform standard reception and office duties.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of personal insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Experience in customer service within the finance or insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Eagerness for professional development and continuous learning.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and company compliance standards.
  • RIBO licensed with 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.

Language

  • Fluent in Tagalog Preferred
