We are seeking a licensed Auto plan and Personal Lines Agent. In this role, you will provide front-line customer service for Personal Lines and Autoplan policies, actively support client retention and account development, and handle quotes and placement for new business as needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible to help with ICBC walk-in clients, ICBC Batching and Stock Orders

· Manage a book of business and strong client relationships through contact via phone, letters and emails

· Manage and process policy renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention

· Provide insurance quotations by engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advise to ensure the best coverage for them

· Educate clients on coverage options, policy terms, and insurance regulations

· Assist other staff as needed and perform other duties as required

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Generate new business leads and retain existing clients through excellent service

· Stay current on ICBC regulations and industry trends

About You

· Must have a Level 1 license (Level 2 license is an asset)

· Minimum of 6 Months working experience in an Auto & PL capacity

· Strong verbal and written communication and problem solving skills

· Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible schedule and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to superior client service

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management systems

· Working knowledge with broker portals and Applied Rating is an asset

· Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
