Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Manager at Doner-Horsley Insurance Brokers. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business, providing insurance advice, and developing insurance solutions. This is a Hybrid position focused around the Head Office that is located in Alliston, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Powerbroker, Microsoft Office, Excel and company portals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
