Personal Insurance Account Assistant

About The Role

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic, client-focused Account Assistant to join our Personal Insurance Team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their insurance career, with strong leadership support and a positive work culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of new business application submissions.
  • Process insurance policies through Carrier Partner Systems and BMS (EPIC).
  • Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis.
  • Drive productivity and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with a team of insurance brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Expertise for Success

  • Client experience focus.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Insurance industry designations are an asset.
