We are hiring a Personal Insurance Advisor for our Sioux Lookout, ON branch on a permanent full-time basis.

Role responsibilities include:

• Servicing client needs, advising on insurance, conducting needs assessments, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conducting care calls, and processing renewals
• Selling new policies and retaining existing clients
• Contacting underwriters and adjusters for guidelines and policies
• Preparing documentation, issuing certificates, and reviewing renewals
• Staying updated on underwriting rules and workflows
• Participating in training and community marketing initiatives

Qualifications for success:

• High school or post-secondary education
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
• RIBO license preferred
• Epic system exposure is an asset
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate organizational skills
