About the Company :

We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, currently seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role :

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, with RIBO or OTL licensing for at least 3 years, and a desire to advance their insurance career in a dynamic, positive environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a strong work ethic and organizational skills, be a team player, and thrive in a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment.
  • Provide above-average service, possess strong computer skills, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with TAM Agency Manager, Compu-Quote, and company portals is an asset.

Qualifications :

  • RIBO license
  • OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • CIP designation is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Lines with an active RIBO or OTL license
  • Strong relationship-building and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Agency Manager, Power Broker, insurance portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will :

  • Manage an assigned Book of Business
  • Service client needs via phone and in person
  • Handle correspondence and follow up on underwriting requests
  • Rate and quote existing, renewal, and mono-line Personal Lines risks
  • Re-market clients if required
  • Review applications, renewal requests, and endorsements for compliance
  • Stay updated on rate, form, and coverage changes
  • Manage claim reports and files
