What You’ll Do
  • Manage full carriage of plaintiff's personal injury files from intake to trial.
  • Lead case strategy, discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial execution.
  • Collaborate with law clerks/paralegals to move files forward weekly.
  • Achieve fair and timely settlements with a strong focus on results.
  • Participate in continuous learning: legal updates, case law, conferences.
  • Engage closely with fellow lawyers and firm owners on litigation strategy.
  • The ideal candidate should be bilingual.

  • 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (must-have).
