Job summary

Desjardins in Lasalle, QC is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients, understand their financial goals, and tailor advice on investments, loans, and insurance.

You will work with individual and business clients, stay informed on market trends, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies that meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate is required.
• Knowledge of French is required; advanced English due to duties/tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on best strategies and identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, and follow up.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry and market trends.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
