You will build trusted relationships, assess needs, and coordinate with partners to implement integrated strategies in collaboration with the caisse.

The role emphasizes staying up-to-date with market trends, delivering high service quality, and representing the caisse in community outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Action oriented, customer focus, drive results, interpersonal savvy, and nimble learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with members and clients.
• Listen to members' and clients' needs and offer tailored financial advice.
• Help clients choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.
• Advise on investments, loans and insurance products.
• Collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies for members and clients.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent Desjardins caisse in the community.
