Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients. You will listen to needs, offer tailored advice on investments, loans and insurance, and help clients select solutions that align with their goals while balancing satisfaction with prudent risk management.

You will work with partners to design integrated strategies, stay informed on market trends, and participate in outreach to represent the caisse in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Understanding of financial services products and cooperation principles.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects of financial products.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
