About the Role

As a Personal Finance Advisor, you are responsible for developing and maintaining lasting, trusting relationships with members and clients to ensure satisfaction. Your role involves listening to their needs, providing tailored financial advice, and helping them select appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals. You will work closely with a client base mainly comprising individual members and businesses, requiring strong interpersonal skills. Your duties include recommending investments, loans, and insurance products, balancing client satisfaction with business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. You will collaborate with various partners to design strategies that meet client needs.

  • Manage relationships, assess satisfaction, ensure service quality, and identify improvement areas.
