We are hiring for Personal Delivery Assistants – Drivers at our Grandview locations. The Personal Delivery Assistants will contribute to the success of the store by going the Extra Mile while demonstrating our company mission of Care, Commitment, and Passion.

This is currently a part-time position. Successful applicants for this job will receive an average of 16 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility for additional growth opportunities.

You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
2. Delivering a variety of products such as produce, non-perishable items, bakery goods, frozen items, meat, and wine products.
3. Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
4. Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
5. Operating the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to the rules of the road.
6. Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

You Have:

1. Experience in a customer service-related role.
2. Possession of a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
3. A strong work ethic and a “let’s get it done” attitude.
4. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
5. The ability to use a smartphone and operate Google Maps.
